A platform that hand-picks the best professionals in NYC. It was designed to help them highlight their talent and get more exposure to new clients. On the other hand, it is also a marketplace where clients could find, book and pay in-app for the professionals of their choice.
Keep everyone involved
Every time we wanted to introduce a new feature, based on needs we identified from user interviews, it started with a sketch that illustrated the flow and interactions of the user experience. Being a small startup allowed us to keep everyone in the loop at those early stages and make changes if needed before moving to hi fidelity mockups and deliverables.
The app design was documented in a detailed Style Guide that was updated constantly and was used as a reference for the Dev team whenever needed.
Client's Home Screen
The Superr home screen is designed in a way that helps the users, in this case the clients, to easily get all the info they need in order to be in control of their appointments. On their first visit they are able to search for a pro, take an on boarding process that shows them how the actual scheduling process works and discover some featured pros. After they already scheduled an appointment, the Home Screen gives them easy access to their upcoming appointments, inbox messages and recently viewed pros.
The search bar lets the clients search for Pros based on popular professions or by entering the Pros' name, Profession or even by a certain Service they provide.
The Pro's Profile
Once the clients press on a search result card, they are directed to the pro's profile where they can learn more about the pro: see their location, services they provide, see images and videos from their social accounts, read reviews about them. The clients can also contact the pros in-app and ask any question, so they can have all the info needed before they go ahead and continue to book.
Once the clients decide to book a pro, they are walked through a simple process: First they are shown a list of services this pro provides - They can either read the service description or book just based on the basic info. Clients can also choose more than one service to be added to the same session they book.
After the customers choose the services they need, they are headed over to the choose the time they prefer. They have a choice to either get suggestions for availability or choose a specific time.
Choosing Location & Verifying Booking
There are 3 options for location pros can choose to have: Providing the service at their location, at the client's location or flexible - which allows the clients to choose either one of the first two. After the clients choose the location they are asked to go over all the details of the appointment and book.
